In Vegas, I would like to add sound in Windows Movie Maker, that there is no graininess.
There are many applications that generate this effect, or just be creative and make your own device or circuit or mechanacle it accompolish.
It is a free application to add the grain for each frame. This is Google and called Picassa II, the last to be seen. 3.0. It works very well and you can decide how much to add to cereal. The bad point, which can be found here, that you are willing to publish schedule in the sense that we use to make 1 frame at a time, although one of the fantasy that you can do other ways to find them .
