Making Bread In A Bread Machine How Do I Make Bread Machine Bread Softer?

How do I make Bread Machine Bread Softer? - making bread in a bread machine

I have a bread machine again, but the bread is not soft - it feels strong. Is there anything I can add to make it more tender? More milk? Oil? Water? etc. ..
Thank you!

Make sure that the yeast is still good. Evidence that prior to each mix. Put 1 package yeast in 1 / 2 cup water and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Let stand for 10 minutes and should double in size and appearance of root beer foam. Just subtract 1 / 2 teaspoon liquid in your recipe to compensate for leakage. If the yeast does not come out, shake it and try another package of yeast.

The milk and butter / oil / butter, while it makes a softer crust, but inside the baked bread in a bread machine to be more difficult, no matter what.

Try one of the recipes on this page is proof of the kitchen http://www.kingarthurflour.com/shop/RecL ...

For pastries and muffins, I let my machine do all the work, then cook pasta in my stove. With this 3-times since Christmas http://www.kingarthurflour.com/shop/Reci ...

Good luck!
